All well and good… but what do you mean by “form” design?

A form can be a single-sheet advertising flyer (one or two-sided), a poster, a two-fold, three-fold or multi-fold, a catalog of products or services in booklet or magazine format, an invitation, an advertisement for a magazine entry or newspaper, a restaurant directory, stickers, etc. They reach the consumer either during their visit to your premises or through a magazine (as an insert or as part of it), or as an additional item with the purchase of some of your packaging or through street or door-to-door distribution.

Bi-fold, tri-fold or multi-fold form is a sheet of paper, which is folded 1, 2, 3 or more times, creating more surfaces, to add information. It is filled in on both sides of the sheet, providing more information, photos and designs than the simple flyer.
The two-fold – three-fold – multifold form is more complex, both in terms of information and composition. It’s ideal for attracting people who have already expressed some interest in what you provide. It is usually distributed at points within the business, at trade shows and other events, after the guests have arrived.
A multi-page form, such as a catalog, is an even more complex form in its composition. Its purpose is to present a company’s products, their technical characteristics, costs and other relevant information. For this, professional photography of the products is required, but also to decide the number of pages on which it is desired to display the products, in order to limit the size of the catalog, the number of its pages, as well as the way the pages will “bind” each other . It is a notable part of the corporate identity and it is important that it fits aesthetically with the rest of the elements (cards, letterheads, etc.).
It is ideal for sampling products or services to customers, as it provides a lot of information – more than any other form – about what you provide.

The logic of the poster matches the philosophy of the flyer. The poster is single-sided and is intended to inform and raise public awareness of a social issue (e.g. an AIDS campaign) or to invite the public to an event (e.g. a Christmas party in Aristotelous Square) . It should be easy to read, short and properly organized, so that it leads the receiver’s eye to the information, in the right order. Usually together with the poster – when it concerns a cultural event in a closed space – invitations are designed in the same style.

I have a logo, can you include it in the form design?

Certainly! All we will need from you is to send us your logo in the highest possible resolution. We will be very happy to receive *.EPS/*.AI/*.PDF files of your logo!

The forms I printed are not the same color as what I saw on my screen. Did something go wrong?

The files we send you always remember that you are viewing them through a screen that emits light. It is possible that they will look more “blurry” or dark to you when printing, for the reason that they are not illuminated by any screen! To see for yourself, if you open the same file from three different devices, the colors you see will differ! Our team always works with a color chart, to provide you with the best color results, which correspond to the colors of your print!

I don’t have a logo for the form I need, can you design it for me?

Form design does not include logo design. We can mention without design, in writing, the name of your business on the form, at no extra cost. Otherwise, you should first contact our logo design team before proceeding with the form design.
